Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and EzyInsp ("we", "us") for the EzyInsp Pro iOS app and related services. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

What EzyInsp Pro is

EzyInsp Pro is a tool that helps Queensland real estate professionals prepare property inspection reports — entry, exit, entry notice and routine inspections — with photos, signatures and PDF output, generated on your device.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every report you produce, for using the correct form for your situation, and for meeting your legal and professional obligations (including timeframes) under Queensland tenancy law.
• EzyInsp Pro is a productivity tool, not legal advice. Form versions and reminders in the app are provided as a convenience, without guarantee — always confirm current requirements with the RTA or your own advisers.
• You must have the right to photograph and record the information you put into a report, and you're responsible for how you store and share generated PDFs.
• Keep your device and sign-in secure. You need to be 18 or older.

Free tier and subscriptions

• Free: up to 10 new inspection reports per calendar month, all features included. Creating a report uses one of the 10 — deleting it doesn't give the credit back.
• EzyInsp Pro subscription: unlimited reports. Offered monthly (A$4.99) or yearly (A$34.99); local prices are shown in the App Store at purchase time.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings (or in the app: Settings → Manage subscription).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
• Reports are stored on your device, so how many you can keep is limited only by your iPhone's storage.

Fair use and availability

• Don't misuse the service (attempt to break it, probe it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content).
• The app works offline; the account, form-update and subscription services depend on connectivity and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your content

Your reports, photos and templates are yours. They live on your device; we don't receive them. We only process the limited account and usage data described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded — we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from inaccurate report contents, missed legal timeframes, device loss, or sharing decisions you make. Our total liability for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections about liability and your content survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
