Privacy policy

EzyInsp Pro is built so that your inspection work stays on your device. This policy explains the small amount of data we do handle, why, and your choices. It applies to the EzyInsp Pro iOS app and the api.ezyinsp.com service operated by EzyInsp ("we", "us").

What stays on your device

Everything you put into an inspection: property details, tenant names, condition marks, comments, photos, signatures, generated PDFs, saved properties and templates. Sharing a PDF (email, AirDrop, etc.) uses the method you choose and goes only where you send it. If you turn on "Also save photos to my library", copies go to your iPhone Photos app.

How long we keep data

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account removes your account and usage records from our server and erases the app's local data (reports, photos, properties, templates) from your device. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the product: our hosting provider (server and database), Apple (sign-in and subscriptions), and an email delivery service (sending your sign-in codes). Each receives only what's needed for that job.

Security

Connections to our server use HTTPS. Sign-in sessions use securely stored tokens (iOS Keychain). Report data on your device is protected by iOS file protection alongside your device passcode.

Children

EzyInsp Pro is a professional tool intended for users 18 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above. Meaningful changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes.
